Declaration on the implementation of EC Regulation No. 1907/2006 (REACh) for the following products: Polycompound, Polymaster, Elastex:
We hereby declare:
1. All delivered products from our production are preparations and therefore not subject to registration.
2. AWP is aware of and will act according to its downstream user obligations as documented in Titles IV and V, as well as Annex XII of the REACh Regulation.
3. AWP uses only those substances for which there is an assurance that they have been pre-registered / registered.
In none of the AWP products are “Substances of Very High Concern” (SVHC) in a concentration greater than 0.1% by mass as specified in the Annex XIV of the REACh Regulation. The respective update of the list by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is taken into account. (Source: http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/candidate-list-table) Should our products be affected by an update of the list, we will inform our customers within 45 days.
4. The use of all AWP products is limited to a typical processing in the plastics processing industry. If you use our products in a different way, you are obliged to provide promptly detailed information.
